What Makes This Group Unique?
Most programs support either the child or the parent.
This one supports both — at the same time. This approach helps children build communication skills while giving parents the support and clarity they need.

In each 60-minute session:

1. Parallel Learning (First 30 Minutes)
When families arrive, parents and children begin the session at the same time, but in separate rooms:
Children + Speech Therapist
Children work with a speech therapist through play-based activities that support:
-
Communication and language development
-
Social interaction and play skills
-
Turn-taking and cooperation
-
Emotional awareness and co-regulation
-
Confidence and self-advocacy
Parents + Parent Coach
While children are in therapy, parents meet with a coach to learn:
-
How to support communication and connection at home
-
Strategies to reduce frustration and strengthen relationships
-
Tools for navigating developmental differences
-
Practical approaches that fit into daily routines
Parents get dedicated time to ask questions, learn, reflect, and feel supported—without distractions.

2. Families Together (Next 30 Minutes)
In the second half of the session, parents join their children in a shared room for guided interaction and social play. During this time, families:
-
Practice the strategies learned in coaching
-
Receive real-time guidance from the therapist and coach
-
Strengthen communication, connection, and confidence
-
Celebrate small wins and joyful moments together
This shared time helps bridge learning between therapy and home—making progress natural, relational, and sustainable.
